Chapter 590 The Encouragement
It was quiet at night which made Abbot's wailing sound very disturbing.
A few minutes later, the door of the ward was knocked from the outside. After that, the nurse's warning was heard from the outside, "Be quiet. It's bedtime now. Other patients have complained about you guys."
Abbot's wailing stopped abruptly.
Ethan pressed on Abbot with one of his legs and his hands were pressed backward on the bed. That made him unable to move.
Abbot gasped in pain. He lowered his voice and said, "Ethan, I am wrong. I mean it. I know my mistake very profoundly now."
Ethan sneered, "How profoundly is it?"
Abbot made up by saying, "Very much. Let me put it this way. If you let me go now, I can write a 10,000 words reflective essay as soon as I sit."
When Abbot finished speaking, Ethan raised his eyebrows lightly.
Seeing that, Abbot suddenly had a bad feeling.
As expected, Abbot's premonition happened very soon after. In the next second, Ethan released him, raised his jaw at him, and signaled him to get up.
Abbot sat up with a wary face, "Why?"
Ethan took out his mobile phone and made a call.
When the call was connected, Ethan said solemnly, "Send me some A4 papers and a pen to Mr. Farrell's ward."
After that, the person on the other end of the phone asked Ethan a question and he hung up the phone after he replied with an "um".
Seeing Ethan hang up the phone, Abbot swallowed hard and asked, "Why did you ask them to send papers and pen to the ward?"
Ethan smirked which he didn't do often and said, "What do you think?"
Abbot withheld his last strength and said, " I am not going to guess. I don't know."
Ethan said, "You know it."
Abbot insisted, "No, I don't know."
About an hour later, Ethan's assistant came to the ward with A4 papers and a pen.
Ethan took those things and handed them to Abbot.
Abbot didn't take them from him. He sat on the other bed with his legs crossed and said, "I don't think this pen will have enough ink for me to write 10,000 words."
After Abbot finished speaking, Ethan's assistant stepped forward. He took out an ink box from the plastic bag that he was carrying and said, "Mr. Carter, I bought the extra ink alone."
Colin smiled and said, "What makes you think that I have to do that?"
Ethan narrowed his eyes.
Colin added, "It wouldn't be the same case for you. Faye and Ms. Rowan aren't the same types of people."
Ethan said, "I didn't know that she is so conservative. She wants to have her first kiss only after marriage."
Colin teased, "So, what are you going to do now?"
Ethan opened his legs slightly. One of his legs was on the ground and the other one was on the side of the bed. He said, "If I put myself into her father's shoes. I wouldn't want my daughter to marry a man like me."
When Ethan finished speaking, Colin's smiling face turned into a cold expression, and said, "What's wrong with a man like you?"
Ethan said emotionlessly, "The worst of the worse. The top-rank scumbag."
Colin said, "Some people are well-dressed, but they are the beast in the human face. Some people are full of tattoos, but they are genuine ones. If Faye and I are going to have a daughter in the future, I would like her to marry the latter."
Ethan was speechless.
When Colin saw that Ethan was quiet, he leaned forward and smiled suddenly, "You have taken so much effort to come this far. So, don't look back."
