Madeline Crawford and Jeremy Whitman novel Chapter 2364

Chapter 2364

Naya originally thought that Daniel was worried about her safety, so he came to the hospital to visit her. She never imagined that Daniel came for Ava. However, Naya did not quite understand something. Had something happened to Ava?

The two police officers on the side were also puzzled when they saw Daniel questioning Naya so emotionally.

“Sir, is your friend missing? Since you came to question Naya in such a hurry, do you suspect that your friend's disappearance is related to Naya?”

Naya became restless when the officers asked this. “Officers, I’m being falsely accused. I don't even know what he's talking about.”

Naya looked at Daniel innocently.

“Dan, how can you question me like this when Ava is gone? I just got into a car accident not long ago and I almost couldn't save myself. How would I know what happened to Ava?”

“Daniel, you're going too far! No matter what, Naya is your fiancée. Are you trying to destroy her by asking her this in front of the police?” Naya's mother chimed in as well.

Yet, Daniel looked solemn. “I'm not talking nonsense. If something happens to Ava, the only person who might have taken action against her is you.”

Daniel's sharp eyes locked on Naya tightly.

“Tell me, where’s Ava? As long as you tell them not to hurt her, I'll promise you anything you want.”

Naya did not expect that Daniel, who had amnesia, could make such a sacrifice for Ava.

Daniel wanted to say something back about Mrs. Mendez’s accusations, but he was stopped by the police.

“Sir, you can tell us about what you just said. Since Miss Naya has denied it and you can't produce any evidence, we should go out first.”

The police officers persuaded Daniel to leave the ward. Before leaving, they did not forget to remind Naya.

“Miss Mendez, please don’t leave this ward for the time being. We’ll come to question you at any time.”

“I have a clear conscience, so I won’t leave. You can come and ask me questions at any time.” Naya looked at them magnanimously.

The police officers then left the ward without saying anything else.
