Madeline Crawford and Jeremy Whitman novel Chapter 2325

Chapter 2325

Did the event of that year count as deliberate abandonment?

Perhaps, it did.

Madeline wanted to leave after she sent Ava back to the apartment. However, she got a call from Jeremy, so she started talking on the phone with him. Unexpectedly, she saw Ava running out of the apartment while sobbing after a while. Madeline quickly hung up the call with Jeremy and ran to Ava after getting out of the car.

“Ayal”

Ava did not think that Madeline would still be here. However, when she heard Madeline’s voice at this moment, the grievances in her heart poured out immediately. °

“Maddie!”

Ava quickly ran into Maddie’s arms and started crying.

“Ava, what happened? Why are you crying so badly?” Madeline felt her heart tightening. “ What happened? Is your mother not home? Or did she tell you an answer you didn’t want to hear?”

“They admitted that they weren’t at all concerned when they purposely left me on the streets back then!” Ava yelled as she bawled. “ They deliberately abandoned me!”

Madeline was shocked when she heard Ava. At that moment, she did not know how to comfort Ava.

If they did abandon her on purpose, then Ava would only get hurt a second time if she told her to go ask for the truth once more.

Madeline held Ava close, feeling distressed. She did not say anything anymore.

Madeline went to the room with Ava. Ava said she was tired and wanted to sleep after showering. Therefore, Madeline did not disturb her anymore. However, she told Ava that she could call out to her whenever she needed anything.

After Ava answered, Madeline went out.

After she closed the door, she saw Jeremy walking over to her with a worried look on his face. “ Linnie, is she okay?”

Madeline shook her head. “Let’s talk in the room.”

Jeremy followed Madeline obediently and did not ask anymore.

They went back to the room, but Madeline received a call from Raegan the moment she wanted to speak with Jeremy.
