Karl looked at Severin who was hovering and standing straight in the air. His eyes were filled with shock. A little jealous and also many desire to kill Severin.
Spencer was feeling lucky that he had never offended Severin before. 'Oh, my god! I can't believe Severin has caught up with Simeon in such a short time!'
From what he knew, Severin only became a paragon a month after the competition. Yet, Severin actually advanced so quickly that he could defeat Simeon now. The progression was just so stunning.
The ambience became weird as no one talked and focused their attention on Severin. Maybe Simeon felt ashamed and embarrassed with the result. His face turned red. Once he could react, he blasted his power out again. Never had Simeon been so humiliated before. He felt frustrated and angry that he used a massive amount of energy from his body as he wished that he could kill Severin now.
"You're so dead!"
A glaring ray appeared around Simeon's body as he gave Severin a death stare. Suddenly, Jason raised his brow and shouted, "That's enough!"
Simeon had let anger control his mind and Jason's voice actually pulled him out of it. He continued to stare at Simeon and reluctantly retracted the glaring ray.
Now that Jason stopped the situation from escalating, he looked at Oskar and said, "Congratulations, Oskar. You must be very proud to have Severin in your sect. I'm sure he's going to be a supreme paragon one day."
Thus, she could only see Severin soared higher and became a paragon after a year. She could not agree more if someone said Severin had a remarkable talent. If Severin was given enough time, she believed Severin had the chance to ascend and become a celestial being. It crushed her even more that she had given up on recruiting Severin.
On the other side, Jason did not think he missed out on a great person. Instead, he looked at Severin calmly because he reckoned Severin would be dead when he entered the Starry Sky Battlespace.
'There is no one else to blame but you because of your talent,' he thought.
