"What about Wendy?"
Colbert put down the chess piece in his hand, looked up at Eudora, and asked her directly.
His question made her at a loss for words for a while, not knowing how to answer it.
After they looked at each other for a while, Eudora let out a sigh and rested her chin on her hands. "I know, but I don't know how to tell her."
For a woman who was immersed in a love bubble, how could she believe it when she was told that the person she liked had bad intentions?
Thinking of this, Eudora suddenly realized that the tense relationship between her and Colbert had been eased in an instant.
Colbert helped her a lot last time, so Eudora didn't get angry with him at all.
"Eudora, it's getting late. Shall we go home?"
Outside the living room, Wendy and Derek walked in. She shook the snowflakes falling on her clothes and said with a smile, "It's snowing heavily outside, and it's chilly. If we don't leave right now, we won't be able to go back when it's getting late."
"Since you have nothing to do tomorrow, why don't you stay here tonight and go back tomorrow?"
In the bedroom, Belinda hadn't gone to bed after washing. She came out of the room and said to them when she heard Wendy speaking again.
"This... may not be inappropriate."
Being with Wendy on the same bed, Eudora finally couldn't help asking what was in her heart. "So... which stage are you in your relationship with Derek?"
"Why are you so curious? I don't want to answer that." Wendy was a little shy when mentioning this topic.
Eudora remembered that she had gone to Wendy's house before and found traces of a man staying in her house, so she asked, "You two have slept together?"
"Yes..."
Wendy thought for a while and nodded.
