February 14th marked the arrival of Valentine's Day.
Since Tessa was single and fully focused on her newly opened law firm, she had no interest in celebrating.
The office space she had rented was still under renovation. Somehow, Zachary had found out the address of her firm, and in a grand gesture, ordered 66 floral arrangements to congratulate her on the opening.
Just as Tessa was discussing a collaboration with Lester at a café, she received a call from the renovation workers.
"Ms. Yates, someone sent you 66 floral arrangements. The hallway is too small to fit them all, so we had to pile them up inside. You need to come and clear them out. We can't proceed with the renovations like this."
"Floral arrangements? Is there a name on them?"
"Yes, they are from someone named Zachary."
The moment Tessa heard that name, she felt a headache coming on. She took a deep breath and rubbed her temple, looking utterly exasperated. "Got it. I'll come over soon and have them cleared out. You guys take a break for now."
After hanging up, she turned to Lester. "Something came up at the firm, so I need to go check on it. Sorry, we'll have to sign the contract another day."
"There's no need to apologize."
Lester stood up with her, his tone gentle. "Since it concerns the law firm, can I come along and take a look?"
Tessa paused for a moment, then nodded. "Sure. You're going to be a partner in our firm anyway, so it would be good for you to see the place."
"Alright."
When they arrived at the firm, Tessa took one look at the room filled with floral arrangements and frowned in frustration.
She picked one up at random and glanced at the ribbon tied to it.
"Wishing Tessy's law firm great success. From, Zachary Gomez."
Her face was full of disdain. Great success? It was a law firm, not a store.
Lester, who had also seen the message on the ribbon, spoke up. "Zachary Gomez?"

The readers' comments on the novel: His Unveiled Passion
Why make an uninteresting, irrelevant twist when readers are waiting for Tess and Stephen to be together?...
Gosh just let Tessa and Stephen get back together already! Ugh...
Oh my god, when is this book finishing... they're not even back together yet and more nonsense side plots.....
Whoa! Hahahahahaha! Go, Sophia! Burn, stupid Rowena! Lol...
Sooo~ Chapters 310-318 were just a repeat of Jacqueline’s punishment, official expulsion from the Jacobson family, and arrest. With few changes since Tessa and Stephen are not together this time. So Tessa didn’t witness how Jacqueline was tortured at Stephen’s base, though at least Tessa was still called over and witnessed how Stephen officially expelled Jacqueline from the Jacobson family and how Stephen’s subordinate made Jacqueline grovel in front of Tessa. Lol. I hope Jacqueline’s really out of the story now....
Also a lot of chapters were missing here. I went back to the application where it was originally published that’s why i know that this site is not reliable...
Fucked up book! Seems like the authors were not talking to each other. LOL. Yes authors, because of the inconsistencies....
The story went downhill after pg200 1. Why is Jacqueline back… she was expelled from the family already 2. There was no reason for Rowena to be mad at Tessa 3. The Jacobson already knows that Stephen wants to get back witb Tessa after they deal with James, so why is Rowena pushing hard? LOL 4. The family also knows that Stephen and Nancy have some sort of deal. The story was okay from page 1-199, but clearly it’s a thumbs down. I can deal with grammatical errors, but story errors is just different now....
This is funny! Jacqueline was also the culprit why James knew that nancy was Stephen's cousin. So, really, what happened when steohen tortured jacqueline hahah...
I wonder how many authors does this book have? Suddenly jacqueline was back and continue to bad mouth tessa. And was stunned that tessa knows her feelings about stephen. And then rowena was freaking mad at tessa too; because there werw multiple instances that tessa sharp-tongued her. 🤣...
