Heiress Unmasked: Shaking the World With Geomancy novel Chapter 961

Ziva's parents would only treat her better if they needed money or had wishes they wanted to fulfill.

As her younger brother grew older, he began to imitate their behavior. He'd throw his plates at her, and if she dodged, he'd cry. Her parents would rush over to punish her.

When her brother wanted to ride a horse, she had to get on all fours while he climbed onto her back. She had to crawl around though her palms and her knees were scraped and bleeding.

Then, she looked straight at Shannon and uttered word by word, "I made sure they died in a fire."

They could've united. With their abilities, they could've exacted revenge on the world, but Shannon had disappointed her. Shannon had abandoned her.

So now, Ziva would abandon her in return.

She began. "Do you know? Though the overuse of the power of words left my throat injured and incapable of making a sound for some time, I've replaced it, and my ability has returned to its prime."

Her gaze turned dangerous as she looked at Shannon and slowly said, "For example, there will soon be a cut on your wrist."

Shannon trembled. The moment Ziva spoke, the ceiling light above them exploded.

Shards of the lightbulb shot toward Shannon's wrist like tiny daggers…
