The next day, I went to the dealership to pick up the car.

Although I had refused Adrian’s offer, he insisted I accept it.

The dealership staff welcomed me warmly–a glacier blue Maserati Ghibli S Q4, with a unique and stunning color that caught my eye immediately.

I really liked this car.

A man in a suit respectfully handed me the car keys: “Ms. Windsor, this is the car your husband ordered.”

I took the keys, feeling slightly moved.

Adrian was truly generous with me–this car cost over four million when fully equipped.

Evan showed no shame at having his thoughts exposed: “I just feel that someone like Ms. Windsor doesn’t seem like the type who would shop for sports cars, so I’m somewhat curious.”
