The Ex-Husband's Apology (by Sebastian Grey) novel Chapter 244

Chapter244

Brayan’s face didn’t change much, his black pupils just darkened like ink.

“Wasn’t Catalina the one you liked?”

Devan put down his glass, pushed up his gold–rimmed glasses, and didn’t rush to answer the question.

He poured himself another glass of wine, this time with a few extra ice cubes.

It’s already winter now, the heater is not on in the room, drinking iced wine will only upset your stomach.

Brayan, who has stomach problems, wouldn’t do that.

Devan was sipping on vodka on the rocks and casually said,

“I used to like Catalina…”

Devan remembered back to high school when Catalina, dressed in a cute and sweet way, was all pink and innocent.

Because he had bipolar disorder, he would occasionally get very angry and out of control.

He only feels calm when he sees Catalina.

“But now I don’t like it anymore.”

Devan’s eyes behind the golden–rimmed glasses suddenly turned cold.

Brayan chuckled skeptically.

“You were just being fickle and superficial, right?”

When Brayan said that, Devan’s expression turned sour.

“I never liked multiple people at the same time or dated multiple people, how can you call me fickle? As for being attracted by looks…”

He pushed his gold–rimmed glasses and smiled.

“Jennifer was very pretty, as a healthy man, it’s normal to be attracted to beauty, right?”

He said that, but Devan didn’t really think he was being shallow.

When he first met Jennifer, he didn’t have that feeling for her yet.

When did it start?

Maybe it was because of that shoulder throw?

Devan laughed again.

Brayan stared at Devan’s face, the expression of being lost in memories

on Devan’s face made the light in his eyes much colder.

When Devan came to, he noticed that Brayan was staring at him.
