“Lucy, Joycelyn knocked on the door outside and waited quietly

“Leon wants to sleep with the dogs at night. Haddy doesn’t like that idea. I let him sleep in the room on the right on the third 

floor.” 

“Ah? Right–hand side?” Joycelyn blinked as she tried to recall. 

She had knocked on the door on her right side.
