“Lucy, don’t deny yourself. You deserve the best,” Joycelyn said. Hopping her from downing her drink, her clear eyes full of sincerity. 

Lucy’s hand paused, and she smiled gently, teasing. “You’re pretty, so I’ll listen to you this time.” 

“Cheers, no matter what, as long as we love ourselves, we can overcome anything,” Joycelyn said, raising her glass to clink with hers. 

Lucy’s smile froze for a moment, but then her expression softened even more. “If you think so, I’m not worried anymore.” 

Joycelyn also smiled and took a sip of her juice. 

“Let’s eat. How long are you staying in Virelia?” Joycelyn asked, picking up her fork and eating as she spoke.

“Alright, if anything happens, remember to call me. He’s a good person and can take care of things, Joycelyn said gently. 

Being in a foreign country made her a bit worried. 

They both knew without saying that “he” referred to Ellison. 

When the plane landed, Joycelyn and Lucy got off the plane and waited by the side.

Lucy was captivated by Ellison’s charm, yet she still worried about Joycelyn’s petite body.

Luckily, the wind at the airport was loud, and there was no one else around. 

“Oh, it feels disrespectful to walk in front of the boss,” Lucy, who knew proper etiquette, said. 

Joycelyn agreed after hearing that. 

It seemed they got off the plane too early. 

William helped her with her luggage.

Soon, Ellison walked up to them and stopped. “William, arrange for someone to take this lady to the Grant Group hotel and make all necessary arrangements, Joycelyn, we’re not going the ame way, come with me.”

This piqued Joycelyn’s curiosity even more.
