Anastasia froze, staring up at Cassian as her breathing gradually slowed.

“What should I do?” Cassian’s voice was husky as he gazed down at her, his dark eyes like twin whirlpools threatening to pull her in completely.

Tom smiled awkwardly and led Anastasia and Elisabeth away.

Tom showed them several models, and Elisabeth test drove a few.

Anastasia pulled Tom aside and whispered, “When my grandmother asks about prices later, quote them low–say around fifteen thousand. I’ll pay you the full amount. Just make up some promotion to make her believe it.”

Tom hesitantly agreed. “I’ll do my best.”
