Dragon Master (Maximilian) novel Chapter 1084

Lesley was delighted when seeing what happened. That was the scene he wanted. He could imagine Maximilian being beaten hardly in his mind. He couldn’t help chuckling to himself by picturing what would happen.

He was confident that Maximilian would be completely dead this time. He was finding himself trouble by going against him.

“Man, you asked for it. Don’t blame me for showing you no mercy.” Lesley secretly sneered.

Although he had a firm family background, he didn’t dare push too hard on the policeman out of no reason because he knew that guy was good at fighting. Hence, he could assert that Maximilian was bound to be dead.

The bystanders all whispered to each other and thought Maximilian was being too impulsive. Things wouldn’t go on in this way if Maximilian would calm down. They all shook their head and didn’t even want to remind him.

Most of them simply looked at Maximilian sympathetically.

However, Victoria believed in Maximilian’s ability. She knew her husband was good at fighting and even dozens of those men couldn’t be his match.

Within a short while, people who started finding Maximilian were all beaten on the ground and had no power to fight back.

The bystanders were stupefied when seeing what happened. What was going on?

How could Maximilian be totally fine? Why did those men even lose the strength to fight back?

The policeman rubbed his eyes and wondered if he had seen it wrong. He was astonished that none of his subordinates could compete with Maximilian and even all of them could not match him.

He didn’t know what was the next step when facing this consequence.

He looked at Maximilian coldly, as if he wanted to swallow him alive.

“How dare you go against my people?” He tried to threaten Maximilian and said in a cold voice.

Maximilian replied calmly, “What? I also dare go against you.”

The policeman trembled when hearing his reply and didn’t dare say anything because he was afraid that Maximilian would punch him on the face.

His nose was still hurt by his previous punch and he started to be afraid of Maximilian.

Maximilian didn’t care about the policeman at all. He thought the policeman asked for it and chose to ignore him.

The policeman felt terrible for what Maximilian had done. It seemed Maximilian was not afraid of him at all.

He got ready to call more subordinates to fight when somebody showed up and completely shocked him.

It was Lyla with a bunch of officers.

Things would really be terrible if what he guessed was true.

“Captain, are you kidding with me? This guy is only any ordinary man and you are the well-know captain in H city. How is he even qualified to know you?” The policeman didn’t forget to flatter her at this point.

Lyla didn’t want to answer him and let her subordinate show him the monitor record, saying, “I have checked the monitor and this thing has nothing to do with him.”

The policeman was stupefied. He could tell Lyla was not joking from her serious look.

The bystanders, who all accused it was Maximilian and his wife telling the lie, all remained silent when seeing the monitor, feeling guilty for misunderstanding them.

Lyla said coldly, “The monitor proves the fact that this thing has nothing to do with them. It should be Lesley who has to offer the compensation.”

Lesley slightly compressed his lips. What was going on? How would the only captain beauty in H city help Maximilian?

He had a bad feeling that Maximilian had a strong background. Things would be terrible if what he guessed was true.

The policeman also noticed it was time for him to help the other side. He said, “Captain, you are really smart by checking the monitor to find the evidence. I am too stupid for not noticing it. It was all my fault.”

The bystanders all felt despised of his behaviour. He would definitely be an enemy spy in the ancient times. How could he change his attitude so fast?
