Unlike his predecessors, Tian Xin was unique in the sense that he was born with all of his previous life’s memories intact. This gave him an unfathomable advantage, allowing him to train with all of his previous knowledge since the day he was born.
Because of this, Tian Xin was always considered a prodigy no matter where he went. Moreover, not only was Tian Xin born with all of his memories, but he also came from a renowned background, one that was known for creating many powerful swordmasters.
One could consider Tian Xin being born with a diamond spoon in his mouth. Yet, despite this, he did not rely on his family even in the slightest and left home at a young age to travel the Nine Heavens.
During his journey, Tian Xin quickly gained fame as an undefeated and mysterious warrior, his identity shrouded in mystery beneath the mask he always wore.
He encountered Jin Xi early in his journey. After being defeated by him, she chose to follow him to get stronger, whether he liked it or not.
Although he ignored her in the beginning, they eventually became something akin to master and disciple. Of course, Tian Xin never admitted that he was teaching her, only giving her cryptic advice.
It didn’t take long for Jin Xi to develop feelings for Tian Xin, and in time, he began to feel the same. Yet, neither of them ever voiced their hearts. Though Jin Xi’s affection often showed in her actions, quite obvious at times, she never found the courage to confess.
As for Tian Xin, while he was aware of Jin Xi’s feelings, he chose to feign ignorance.
Together, they honed their swordsmanship. While Jin Xi struggled to achieve Enhanced Sword Aura, Tian Xin had long mastered Enhanced Sword Aura and was already looking to reach the next realm—the level of Supreme Sword Aura.
As Yuan recalled his experiences as Tian Xin, Enhanced Sword Aura naturally emanated from his body. Since the strength of one’s Weapon Aura stems primarily from comprehension, his Enhanced Sword Aura became sharper and toward perfection at an unfathomable rate.
In the blink of an eye, a whole month has passed since Yuan arrived at the Holy Sword Clan.
*Knock* *Knock*
Yuan opened his eyes when someone suddenly knocked on the door.
"About time," he sighed out loud, assuming Li Bowen had finally arrived to inform him that the training ground was ready.
He went to open the door a moment later, only to be surprised that it wasn’t Li Bowen who’d knocked on the door.
"Uh... how can I help you?" Yuan asked the beautiful young woman standing outside his door.
This woman had long silver hair and red eyes that glowed faintly. Unexpectedly, it was the Holy Sword Maiden.
The Holy Sword Maiden didn’t respond right away. Instead, she glanced into his room to confirm he was alone. Then, with a slightly puzzled expression, she said, "I happened to be passing by when I sensed Enhanced Sword Aura coming from this room. I may be mistaken, but... was that you?"
The Holy Sword Maiden spoke with a tone of disbelief. The Enhanced Sword Aura she had sensed was so powerful, it could only be compared to that of a Sword Emperor—yet the man before her was clearly just a mortal.
"Yes, it was mine. I was training. Sorry, I didn’t realize it was leaking outside. I hope that didn’t bother you."
"Come with me," she suddenly said.
