"Fuck dude." Jesse groaned out as he threw his head back, biting his lip in visible embarrassment.
"What?" I mumbled, my mouth getting filled by thick white cream that tasted incredible.
Jesse's cheeks intensely blushed. "I still can't believe I cried in front of you, that was so fucking embarrassing." He pouted.
I couldn't help but laugh as I continued to eat my frozen yogurt. "Jesse, it's okay to cry."
"No it's not. Only pussies cry." He crossed his arms like a child as I immediately frowned at what he said. "I'm not a pussy." He sternly added.
"Crying doesn't make you a pussy. Crying shouldn't affect a man's masculinity. Being scared to show vulnerability and owning up to your emotions just because you're afraid it'll affect your masculinity, sounds more pussy to be honest." I casually shrugged, watching his eyebrows quickly furrow down at me.
"I-I guess." Jesse slightly stuttered because he knew I was right, making me quietly chuckle to myself. "I just hate crying. It's too fucking dramatic and your nose gets all runny, your throat gets bloated as hell, and your eyes get red. It's just not a good feeling dude."
A moment of silence broke out as our eyes sort of just fought for dominance, and even if I was trying, I knew Jesse was winning. He spoke again with an enticing smirk. "What you looking at?"
My facial expression remained straight as I responded back. "Jesse I believed that you changed, I really do." I bit my lip as his smirk quickly faded away. "Please don't prove me wrong."
Jesse slowly nodded as his piercingly blue eyes met mine. "I have changed." He all of a sudden moved his body closer as he placed his frozen yogurt cup down. "I promise."
My jaw quickly clenched. "And also from now on, stop tarnishing Tristan's reputation. You have no right to do it and you have no reason to. Tristan is a human being that you did wrong and he shouldn't be the one being punished for it. I want you to stop."
Jesse looked visibly speechless as he continued to stutter. "O-okay."
"And you also need to apologize to him. Whether if he accepts it or not, that's his choice. I just want you to apologize." I breathed, looking off to the side. "I shouldn't even be having to tell you this."
"You're right." Jesse quietly agreed. "From now on, I'm a whole new Jesse, I promise. I-I'll even apologize to him today."
"Jesse." I blurted out his name. "I'm really trusting you. I don't trust a lot of people and I want you to understand that I'm serious." I made sure my voice spoke out slow and clear, to make sure he understands how serious I am about the situation.
"I know, I know Micah. You can trust me." Jesse tried to smile again, as he leaned in closer towards the small circular table. "So, are you mine now or what?"
My eyes slightly widened as I almost choked on my spoon. "W-wait what?" My cheeks quickly reddened.
Jesse adorably rolled his eyes as his cherry tinted lips broke out a wide smile, only a moment to expose his incredibly white teeth. "Well, I like being around you. I like everything about you actually." His deep husky voice let out as my mouth immediately widened. "So I'm thinking, let me take you out to an actual date?" He hastily added.
I nervously coughed, trying to change the subject because I felt my anxiety immediately sky rocket. "Me, Benny, and Milan, are planning a party this weekend. I was wondering if you wanted to come?"
"Wait, wait, no." Jesse quickly shook his head as a grin formed on his face. "You didn't answer my question, can I take you out or not?"
An exhale left my breath because I actually forgot he was even asking me out. "I-"
I was rapidly cut off by what sounded like the familiarly strong roar coming from a car.
Romeo's car..
My eyes glanced at the muscle car that parked right in front of our table as Ivy and Romeo can be seen through the clear glass.
Jesse and I awkwardly became quiet as Romeo didn't even bother sparing me a glance, Ivy's voice louder than she probably intended.
"I don't know why you keep telling me not to greet him. Just because he might speak a foreign language doesn't mean he doesn't understand the universal wave." She ranted as the car windows slowly went up, cutting her voice as Romeo walked over to the other door to open it for Ivy.
All of a sudden, after she got out of the car, her hand quickly waved at me.
I waved back, trying to smile.
"See." Ivy let out towards Romeo as she began to walk with him towards the frozen yogurt place. "Told you the cute French boy knows what a wave is." She giggled, then entering the opened door with Romeo.
My face was just plastered with actual shock as I couldn't believe what the hell I just heard. "Are they talking about you? Wait, your French?" Jesse subtly furrowed his eyebrows down as his deep voice quickly spoke out. "I thought you're from Texas?"
"I am from Texas!" I sharply whispered. "That boy, he's just lying to her saying he's straight when he's clearly gay. He honestly thinks he can become straight if he just tries hard enough. He's only doing it too because his dad is really against it."
"Nice." Ivy seemed genuinely curious as she immediately turned towards me, her doll like face warming up to me. "Bonjour!" She greeted.
Luckily enough, I already knew a lot about French since I was bored one day and decided to learn it. "B-Bonjour." I anxiously nodded.
Ivy threw on a devilish smirk as Romeo began to walk to our table now because he knew he had no choice but to wait.
Her voice was a lot quieter this time, but was still audible. "Sasche juste, je sais que tu n'es pas vraiment français." My eyes immediately widened at what she just said, Jesse's face crinkling in confusion.
Holy fuck..
"Vraiment?" I blurted, my voice cracking.
"Mhm." She nodded her head. "Je sais aussi que Romeo me ment. Camp Closeted n'est pas un camp biblique."
I quickly shook my head in confusion and shock as Romeo finally reached our table with a curious glare. "Alors pourquoi es-tu tojours lui?" I asked, Romeo and Jesse completely dumbfounded at me speaking French.
Ivy prepared to leave as she quickly stood up from the chair. "Parce que je veux voir combien de temps il peut continuer à mentir." She quickly licked her lips and threw both of us a cheeky smile, wrapping her self around Romeo's muscular arm. "Au revoir!" And with that, they walked away.
Oh my god..
I watched as Ivy had on a wide grin, Romeo surprisingly not caring enough to even ask her what we were just talking about.
Jesse and I just stared at each other, his mouth and eyes widening at me. "You know how to speak French?" He deeply breathed.
I slowly nodded my head as I still tried to process what she just told me. "Y-yea, I learned it back in high school."
"Fuck, that sounded so sexy!" Jesse charmingly spoke, picking his frozen yogurt up again. "So what happened? What did you guys talk about?" He hurriedly asked.
I quickly bit my lip as I finally looked back at Jesse. "She knows."
