been able to make time for it.” 

Caroline scratched her head in shame. She had been busy meeting with Marietta, so she hadn’t 

had time to arrange a meal with Jude and Kirk. 

“Oh, it’s all right. We can have a meal any time. I know both of you are busy, so I came here to visit.
