"What do think it is?" Jeffery stared at her with a faint smile and threw back the question.

"Can you..." she paused, "Just the pure relationship between a superior and a subordinate...?"

"You've already slept with me. And you think our relationship is pure?" Jeffery sneered.

Jane's face turned red. She was so embarrassed that she couldn't stay any longer. She found an excuse and said that she had to go to the bathroom and then ran out of the box in a hurry.

Jeffery stared at her back broodingly.

When Jane came out of the bathroom and passed the box on the other side, she happened to meet Larry and Susie who also came to have dinner.
