An Understated Dominance (Maria Vittori) novel Chapter 2031

It was different now. The slight delay in time was enough for the poison to take full effect.

Dustin was dead meat.

"Since you're so confident, why don't you make a move?" Dustin slowly raised his sword and pointed the tip toward Bertha.

"Don't try to deceive me! I doubt you're as powerful as you say!" Bertha leaped off the ground. Instantly, she attacked him at the speed of light.

With a flip of her hand, two sabers shot out. They stealthily slashed toward Dustin's neck.

One with a keen eye would notice two specially-made steel wires attached to the saber handle.

"Bertha, let me help you!"

Just as Bertha attacked, Chester didn't want to be left behind either. With a sudden leap, he summoned a powerful strike aimed at Dustin's head.

The two attacked Dustin from the front and back. Each of their moves was deadly and with impeccable timing. Thus, this made it difficult to defend against both front and back assaults.

"Fools!" With a flick of Dustin's wrist, Celestial Blade instantly shot out.

A black crescent-shaped sword aura fired out instantly.

The black sword aura expanded upon encountering the wind to about 32 feet long. It was like a gigantic, deadly sword, enveloping Bertha and Chester in it.

Bertha's sabers were diced into fragments upon impact, as easy as cutting butter.

He placed the golden broadsword in front of him and activated the internal energy in his body, creating a thick protective energy sphere.

With a huge explosion, the sword aura slashed onto the golden broadsword. Its tremendous power caused the golden broadsword to bend like a bow.

Faint cracks appeared on the broadsword that had undergone many fights.

At the same time, the energy in the sword's aura exploded. It penetrated through the golden broadsword and heavily collided with Chester's chest.

"Ah!" Chester screamed. He was thrown 30 feet away, and he spat out a mouthful of blood in midair. This caused a mist of blood to scatter down.

Everyone was stunned.
