The massive sphere of light gradually began to fade until a single figure remained suspended mid-air in the end.

“Mr. Chance... Mr. Chance is there!” Sigurd shouted upon seeing that.

“This is a miracle! It's truly a miracle!” Wyatt couldn't help but exclaim.

Such lightning would have likely turned anyone else to ashes long ago. But astonishingly, Jared is still intact. I just wonder what had become of him now. Is he severely injured, or is all that's left of him a shell of a body?

As Felipe and Freya gazed at Jared in mid-air, their eyes brimmed with guilt.

Leaping up, Viola headed toward Jared.

“Ms. Viola!” Sigurd wanted to stop her, but he was a step too late.

Without considering her safety, Viola dashed forward. At the same time, Jared plummeted straight toward the ground.

With anxiety etched across her face, Viola hurriedly rushed over to check on him.

Jared examined the injuries of the alchemists before he turned to Wyatt and said, “There are mystical herbs on Cauldron Peak itself, President Chance. Bring some men with you and find some back. There's still time!”
