Skylar leaped. This time, he was all the power he had. After all, Tanner was witnessing their fight. Defeat was not an option, and Skylar was going to kill Jared for good.

Tanner made no move to stop Skylar, even when Skylar exhibited signs of wanting to kill Jared. It seemed like Jared's life no longer seemed that important.
