However, before Skyler could bite her tongue, Isaac stopped her by grabbing her chin.

“Even if you want to die, you can only do so after we've had our way with you...” he bellowed before stepping forward to scoop the woman up.

Just as Isaac was about to lift Skyler into his arms, a gust of wind hit him so suddenly that he couldn't dodge it in time.

As he was sent flying backward, he slammed into dozens of trees before finally crashing to the ground, blood trickling down from the corners of his mouth.

Wrey furrowed his brow. “Who is it?”

Needless to say, the rest of the group was also on edge as they scanned their surroundings frantically.

If so many of them had failed to notice the person approaching, that could only mean one thing—they were up against a formidable opponent!

“Mr. Songscloud, please save us and Mr. Chance...” they shouted, having recognized the man as Yashur Songscloud from the island.

Yashur, however, curled his lips into a half smile. “So what? Even if Mr. Chance had killed your mother, I still wouldn't let you hurt him in the slightest. If you do, I'll send you straight down to hell...” he said firmly, making it clear that there was no room for discussion.

After all, Jared was his overlord, and he'd do everything to protect the former, even if it cost him his life!

For a moment, Wrey was stunned, but it didn't take long before his expression turned grim.

I don't know why this old monster is so protective of Jared, but there's no way I'll let him humiliate me in public! Besides, I'm not alone. With all our hidden realm sects gathered here, we can take on this old monster!

“Listen here, old monster. I've tried to reason with you, yet you refuse to back off.
