Jared took a deep breath to calm himself before asking Feenix, “You summoned these demon beasts to bring me here?”

Nodding without hesitation, Feenix answered, “Yes. I made Blazing Tiger bring you here.”

“What do you want?”

Jared grew anxious.

He could barely handle the demon beasts, let alone Feenix. There was no way he could stand against both the demon beasts and Feenix.

“To kill you, of course!” With that, a murderous aura radiated from т body. Immediately after that, a flaming phoenix appeared behind her.

Jared was at a loss for what to do when the horrifying aura enveloped him.

As the golden dragon faced off Feenix, a frightening aura engulfed the entire Demon Beast Mountain.

There was not a single hint of fear in Feenix's eyes as she stared at the golden dragon behind Jared. Rather, there was a look of excitement in them.

Shortly after, the murderous aura around her dissipated, and she ran toward him excitedly.

Confused, Jared stared at her in a daze.

“It's true! You're the son of a dragon! I'm so happy to have finally met you!”

Feenix ran over and hugged Jared tightly, ignoring the fact that she was a female.

Her reaction left Jared at an utter loss for what to do.

“Let's talk inside,” suggested Feenix politely.

Jared nodded in agreement before entering the room.

The moment they entered the room, Jared asked, “What are you exactly? You should still have an identity even though you're a phoenix-transformed-human.”

Saying nothing, she poured him a cup of coffee and took a seat. Only then did she answer, “My true form is indeed a phoenix, but I don't belong here.”

“You're not? Then where are you from?” asked Jared.

“I'm a phoenix from the Ethereal Realm. My master tore through space and time and dumped me here just because I ate a sacred fruit,” said Feenix sadly.

However, Jared was extremely excited to hear the words “Ethereal Realm.” After all, he had been wanting to learn more about Ethereal Realm. He never imagined he would bump into Feenix, who came from that realm.
