There was a sinister glint in Toyotomi's eyes as he replied, “If you refuse, I will kill you and destroy your soul so you can never reincarnate! As for your friends, they will become sacrifices on the altar. I will sacrifice them to the heavens in exchange for a physical body.”

The atmosphere in the shrine changed instantly as the front door was slammed shut.
