Andar looked up to the skies, not giving any thought to the countless emotions swirling in the hearts of everyone.
He knew there were those who mocked him, others who pitied him, thinking him to be mad, and a surprising number who believed in his words, but it did not matter. Before the might of his father, everything would follow his rule. Rowan had shown him the direction he wanted to take all of existence, and Andar believed in that vision, with all of his heart.
"Boom!"
A silver lightning bolt suddenly bursts out of Andar's hands and begins revolving around his body.
It would seem as if every breath he took caused more silver lightning to pour out of his hands like a flood.
Instead of being released into the surroundings, they merged into a circular ring around him that was growing increasingly brighter and larger.
In the next breath, the lightning emerging from Andar's hands stopped, leaving only a revolving ring of silver lightning around him so condensed it appeared to be almost made from metal.
Andar slowly touched the revolving ring with his finger, and the spot he touched developed a crack. The ring snapped open into a single bar of lightning, accompanied by a terrifying bang that shook the earth for millions of miles, and Andar grabbed that bolt of lightning.
It was a seemingly simple act, but Andar had invested every shred of power in his body to create this lightning bolt, and his eyes shone with excitement at his accomplishment.
He took a moment to breathe so he could regain his strength, and in-between the time he gathered himself, Reality went insane.

In this brief moment of transformation from a ring of lightning into a single potent bolt, a momentary hint of the power contained in that bolt of lightning spread throughout the Supreme Realm of Mages, and the higher-dimensional mages behind him went pale in shock.
The hint of Andar's incredible foundation was revealed by this single bolt of lightning.
Andar entered the sixth-dimensional realm with the foundations of a thousand fifth-dimensional spaces in his Magus Tower.
A dimension, especially at the fifth, begins to contain the various laws of reality mastered by an Immortal.
The greatest reason an Immortal would pursue the power to become a World Bearer was simple: it granted an enhanced view of the laws that bind reality.
Unknown to all Immortals who became World Bearers and manifested their dimension upon reality, the power that manifested their dimension and gave it stability was similar to the Primordial Essence that once filled Reality.
This sentiment was also echoed by the fifth, sixth, and seventh-dimensional mages. Unless they combined all the Aether in their bodies, they could not power this single lightning bolt, and this was just a small aspect of the mysteries contained inside this bolt.
Other parts of it would require additional resources from them, like a powerful computational ability to derive the precise movements of the countless rules needed to seamlessly work together to produce this bolt of lightning. So many more elements were required to make this bolt.
The look in their faces became more solemn, and if there was any hint of mockery in their hearts, that feeling had vanished. In a single move, Andar had proved that he had the capability to speak on issues that they could not dream about because his strength made him worthy.
If the masses watching Andar and the countless watching from the Aethernet did not understand the might of this single lightning bolt he held, it did not take long for the truth to be spread, and the uproar shook Reality.
At first, most of the immortals watching the events in the Supreme World of Mages were minor immortals, but this lightning bolt had drawn the attention of all of Existence.
Andar brought his right hand that was holding the bolt of silver lightning and pointed it at the storm that was barely a thousand feet above all of their heads, and he said,
"I told you the old age is dead, and I shall show you the dawn of a new one."
With those words, he let go of the bolt of lightning, which blasted away from his hand with a roar and then struck the descending storm.
