The Primordial Record novel Chapter 1330

Rowan sat down cross-legged on the event horizon of a black hole with his beating heart in his right hand that he had torn from his body, his prismatic eyes that contained all the colors of reality peered into the swirling heavenly body below him, and he peered into the core of the black hole directly into another universe, his dimensional flesh had a way of connecting universes to each other, and those gateways were through black holes, recently he had become a bit fond of peering into other universes and viewing their strange cultures and diverse power system, and he had gained some inspiration, but it was a shame that most of those inspirations, while powerful were all too weak to be bonded to his dimension, the Primordial Record only allowed supreme techniques to bond with him.

He sighed and passed the beating heart to his shadows before he spoke,

"I don’t think I can do this, I don’t think I can win," he said, "It is crazy to imagine that in less than a million years I will be fighting with what could be eighth-dimensional entities when I am barely into the third dimension, and those are my best options."

He seemed to be speaking to himself, and then the shadow behind him bubbled, and the form of Eva could be seen.

Just like the first time that Rowan gained the bloodline of the Avatar of Eve, she was behind him, sitting with her back pressed against Rowan, and she was looking at the stars, their brightness reaching across the void of space to bathe her with light, and so there was a mystical contrast between her figure and that of Rowan where if you observed them from a certain point it would seem as if it was Rowan who was her shadow.

The blackhole drew out the light from around Rowan, and the stars bathed her with light, their figure sitting back to back were so perfect it was nearly impossible to describe.

Eva’s soft yet powerful voice replied, as she peered at the beating heart that Rowan gave to her and then she placed it against her stomach, cradling it like a child,

"Yes, it’s pure insanity to envision fighting against the Eye of Time, a fragment of a Primordial, and whatever traps it would have set up for you along the way. It is insanity to fight Caine, the First Betrayer who is actually insane, it is insanity to go against the Wills of the Primordials, it is insanity to become a Creator of Angels, it is insanity to… I could spend hours listing all the insane accomplishments you have made, and the crazy plans you are attempting, and they are crazy, but I know that before I would have finished listing them all you would have added ten more."

Rowan smiled, "If that is your idea of a pep talk, then you are failing spectacularly."

"Yet I can hear the smile in your voice. You are looking forward to this in your own way."

"Well, it’s either I laugh or I cry, and you don’t want to see me crying Eva, it’s nasty. Tears, snort, all manner of unmentionables, I should know, because I saw myself as a child, ugh…"

Eva smiled, "Now that is a sight that I would give anything to see. From the moment I opened my eyes and saw you, your heart… was cold."

Rowan snorted, "You want to see me crying?"

Eva laughed aloud, "If your tears would be the last thing I see, then I would die happy."

"Then there might be a chance that you would never die because I can no longer cry. Oh, there would be tears, but they would not be real. During those years when the Third Prince tore my soul to pieces and tortured me until all I knew was pain, something alongside all the blood and the pain that I shed, was lost to me. They took my heart."

How do you kill something that could not be killed until the concept of its existence was wiped out from reality?

The simple answer was that you don’t, but there was nothing stopping you from sealing them until the time was right when they could be killed.

Inside his destroyer were the chains used to hold Time, a powerful Primordial, and since Rowan could now control a small part of those chains, he now had the ability to seal immortals that had the trait of Time inside of them, and in the reality of today, virtually all higher dimensional immortals held a piece of Time inside of them, which was quite normal because this was the road made by the Primordials for all immortals to walk.

Rowan slowly drew out the blade from his palm, and at first, the darkness growing on his palm was not disturbed by the emerging blade, but like sharks smelling blood in the water, the chains began to detect the power of Time inside of the darkness, and it did not help that at this moment Nemesis had a gigantic piece of Time inside its stomach.

The chains of time plunged into the darkness, digging deep into it, and Rowan smoothly drew out the blade and enclosed inside billions of chains were the shrieking darkness representing the force of Nemesis.

Cries of rage and fear emerged from the darkness as it sprouted a million mouths and a million horrifying faces, screaming,

"Rowan… You shall suffer for this! My presence is needed in reality or everything collapses."
