The Primordial Record novel Chapter 1275

Chapter 1275 The Limit of Infinity (8)

It was a delicate balancing act to improve every iteration of his Reflection while keeping their unknown connection with the Great Desert which was quite a difficult problem to solve seeing that the closer he got to further perfecting the formula for the Reflections, the closer their connection to the Great Desert became deeper.

The only way he was keeping ahead of the curve was that with every improvement of the Reflection formula, he was almost creating a new summoning ritual every time, an incredible process that only his powerful mind was capable of, and as the fruit of his glorious experiment bloomed, Rowan had to admit, despite the craziness of messing with the future, he was enjoying every moment of it.

The challenge was thrilling on a level that was difficult for him to conceptualize.

The creation of the third Reflection summoning ritual completed, Rowan waited a month to realign his consciousness to reflect the changes that had happened with his sojourn into the future twice.

He began the ritual once more, and this time when his Reflection appeared they were less than a hundred thousand, also they were no longer staring at him, but at each other, it was as if even before the elimination process had begun, every reflection here was beginning to compete with each other. ƒreeωebnovel.ƈom

The process began once more and as he approached the end, the call of the Great Desert was stronger than ever, but the process was completed without a hitch and his Reflection was sent outside the universe. Rowan looked to the side, at nearly a million universes away where the Will of the Great Desert had swept past, his eyes were cold. This Will, it seemed that it might be a problem very soon and Rowan was not one that was fond of finding him. He had to deal with this Will and the first step was to find all the information about the Great Desert and fast, its Will was closing up on him.

Rowan stood in the Frozen Waste as he finished recording the songs of the Siren after a thousand years, and his sight turned towards the area where the Inheritance Ground was located, after a while of deliberation he was going after the Children of Chaos.

There were many reasons he shouldn't do this but there were still many reasons why he should. The power of Chaos was one of the central lynchpins of his entire power set, and of all the Primordials, Chaos had the most to lose if Rowan grew stronger, If what Caine had told Rowan was true, then he might possibly be the greatest threat against Chaos. Rowan did not think he could personally harm the Primordial, at least not yet, but he was beginning to learn that these ancient figures had agendas that they could not see fail, and he was sure that an existence like him was not in their plans.

Taking the form of a Chaos Blood was easy, if there was one thing that Chaos did not skimp back on, it was in distributing his bloodline, even if it was a diluted version of it, they all seemed to serve its purpose in some shape or form.

Taking the form of a corrupted shield, Rowan journeyed into the Inheritance Ground of Chaos, and his time within was mostly peaceful. In the Inheritance Ground, it was a personal choice to pursue danger or opportunities, as being a bloodline of Chaos meant you were safe inside the Inheritance Ground, except you chose to follow many of the various factions created by higher dimensional Chaos Bloods and became involved in the endless politicking that those who chase the ephemeral allure of power followed.

The passage only lasted for a short while, it was impossible for it to last very long as it was already considered impossible for such a thing to happen in the first place.

In the short time that the doorway was opened, a veritable host of Demons flooded the Inheritance Ground of Chaos, even three Demon Lords came through the passage before it was closed, and during the chaos of the battle, Rowan slipped away and found himself heading towards Doom Star.

Before escaping he had raided much of the Inheritance Ground, revealing his full might and tearing through the defenses of the Chaos Bloods. Rowan stole countless treasures on this day before he vanished, a host of Chaos Blood on his heels crying bloody murder, but he managed to give them the slip and found himself hovering over Doom Star.

He had always wanted to understand the mysteries behind this realm and others like it that had existed before the Primordial Era, who knew what marvelous new discoveries he could find inside, he needed time to digest the benefits he had gained in the Inheritance Ground as he slowly pooled together the map pieces.

Inside the universe Rowan opened his eyes, there were three blue books floating inside his dimension.
