Chapter 730
Alexander almost dropped the bowl in his hand. He opened his mouth to explain, "Aveline, it's not what you think. Nora and I didn't..."
Aveline looked at him coldly and interrupted, "What stories are you planning to come up with this time? Let me ask you, on the day Nora and I fell into the sea at the same time, who did you save?"
That was the only memory she could remember, and at that moment, thinking about it, she still felt a pain like a needle piercing her heart.
If she could ask that question, Alexander knew he couldn't hide anything from her again.
"Aveline, I had my reasons at that time."
Aveline said calmly, "Perhaps you have some unavoidable difficulties, but you left your own wife to save another person. Sorry, I can't sympathize with your difficulties. I only feel sorry for myself. You're right, It's good to forget those memories, because thinking about them will only increase my troubles."
Alexander did not know how to explain to Aveline, because no matter what he said now, even if it was the truth, Aveline would no longer believe it.
In her mind, he had already been labeled as a liar.
Ciara took the bowl and glared at Alexander, "Aveline, don't pay attention to him, he's just a stickler, Mom will feed you, eat more to heal faster."
"Heal faster? Mom, I won't." Aveline laughed lightly. She was no longer a three-year-old, and the chances of her surviving in the late stages were less than one percent.
What's more, with her serious condition, she shouldn't have much time left.
"Nonsense, medicine is advanced in this world, there should be a cure for the disease. Don't worry about it, everything will be fine."
Ciara patiently comforted Aveline. After all, if the patient doesn't know about this disease, they could live for a few months. But under the heavy psychological burden of knowing, they might be scared to death within two or three days.
Alexander thought about it and only agreed reluctantly, feeling too wretched in his current state.
Solomon knelt on hus knees all night, almost losing all feeling in his knees.
Seeing Alexander return, Eloise hurriedly approached him to plead with him, "Alexander, for the sake of him being your brother, spare him this time."
Alexander, who was furious, glared at her fiercely, "He brought this upon himself."
He did not know if he was referring to Solomon or himself.
Wasn't it just self-inflicted to fail to that point?

The readers' comments on the novel: Refusing To Be His Perfect Replica I Choose The Arranged Marriage
The plot is getting really inconsistent now! In the beginning when Aveline was dating some guy named Castro, before marrying Alexander, she had an elder brother supposedly.. but later she became an only child. Not to mention half of the beginning of the story was so mistyped. Also she used to be a jewellery designer, then overnight she became a medical student. Also 200 chapters later, Alexander is still hiding the truth that Jamie is her biological son. Also what a stupid new detail, how the hell did she get pregnant??? When Alexander was feverish, the writer specifically mentioned that they only stopped at kissing.. does kissing makes one pregnant?? Also, the psychotic bitch that Aveline had become, as if she would have allowed Alexander to have s** with her! Get your facts right writer if you still want your readers.. as this story is getting way out of context and just ridiculous!! I had decided to continue give this story another chance but now it seems that this was a huge waste of time!...
