Crushed Affections (Dominic and Bella) novel Chapter 331

There was a knock on the door, and Dominic peeked his head out of the bathroom. He said, "Bella, could you open the door? I've arranged for someone to send me a set of clothes."

Bella opened the door in a huff and saw one of his bodyguards with a set of clothes in hand. Looking at her angry expression, the six-foot-two bodyguard cowered back and stuttered, "These are M-Mr. M-Miller's clothes."

She took the clothes. Seeing that the bodyguard had no intention of leaving, she asked, "Is there anything else?"

The bodyguard quickly shook his head. "N-No! I'll be leaving now!"

She then closed the door and hung the bag of clothes on the bathroom door handle. "I've hung it on the door handle. You can take it yourself once you're done. Hurry up!"

Bella would not be able to hold her pee in for much longer…

Once they were done washing up, Dominic handed her his phone and asked, "Here's a list of restaurants nearby. Which one do you want to go to?"

Bella turned her head to the side. "I don't want to eat. You can go there yourself!"

Instead of getting annoyed at her tantrum, he sat beside her and wrapped his arms affectionately around her shoulders. "Then, let's go to this restaurant. It doesn't look too bad."

She moved away, not wanting him to touch her. "I don't want to go. I just want to be alone. Stop bothering me…"

He took a deep breath and said, "If you want to get angry at me, you should at least do it after you're full. You'll only have the energy to get mad once you eat something. I won't bother you anymore after you've accompanied me to lunch. I still have something to do in the afternoon anyway."

He then dragged Bella out of the house and headed to the restaurant he had mentioned earlier.

The restaurant was quite full, and the waiter brought them to the private rooms on the second floor. Unexpectedly, they ran into the Kleins in the corridor of the restaurant.

The Kleins looked like they were here for a gathering. They seemed to have finished their food and were about to leave.

When Gloriana saw Dominic and Bella together, a mix of emotions flashed across her expression.

He paused momentarily and realized what was happening when he noticed Gloriana's expression.

Once they had walked a certain distance, Bella was about to let go when Dominic stopped her. "How can you let go once you've finished using me? Do you understand that I've never lied to you now? If I did have something going on with Gloriana, she wouldn't have reacted that way just now."

Bella felt slightly awkward after being called out by him. She could only use her sharp tongue to hide her embarrassment.

"She kept showing off to me about her relationship with you. I was just giving her a taste of her own medicine. This all started because of you, so what's wrong with me using you to anger her?"

Dominic wasn't mad as he said, "Fine. As long as you're happy. But how did she try to show off to you? Do you want me to fire her?"

Bella said in a huff, "The Kleins used to own a large business. Why would they send their daughter to your company for an internship? She's there because of you. Why don't you just marry her and bring her home instead of firing her?"

Dominic seemed to be lost in thought before he said, "That does seem to be the case. Once the holidays are over, I'll fire her."
